How you’ll make a difference
The Junior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) is an entry-level role within the Cloud Operations Team, focused on supporting the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure and applications. This role will work closely with senior SREs and other cross-functional teams to learn and contribute to the implementation of best practices for operational excellence.

What you’ll bring
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
Proficiency in major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and understanding of cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and security offerings.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) for automation and tooling.
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) for managing containerized applications.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) and alerting platforms (e.g., Service Now etc) for proactive system management.
