Inside Sales Executive
Job Description
Key responsibilities
1. Generate sales on leads through outbound sales activities
2. Build relationships with potential customers and develop trust
3. Work on presenting the company's products or services in a clear and concise way
4. Understand customer needs and requirements
5. Track and report on sales performance
6. Work in collaboration with the sales and marketing team to build a strong pipeline
7. Work on qualifying leads and identify those with the highest potential
1. Strong phone presence and pleasing voice
2. Experienced in dialling and attending several calls per day
3. Should have confidence while communicating and should have a positive approach
4. Excellent verbal and communications skills
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
6. Fast learner who has a strong passion for sales
7. Comfortable with cold calling and generating leads
