Key responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance and Uptime: Ensuring that all equipment remains operational and meets production goals by conducting regular maintenance and addressing any technical issues.
2. Process Optimization: Implementing improvements to enhance the performance and reliability of the equipment, which may include adopting new technologies or improving existing systems.
3. Troubleshooting: Acting as a subject-matter expert, diagnosing and resolving equipment failures or inefficiencies.
4. Collaboration: Working closely with other engineers, production teams, and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of automation processes and systems.
5. Project Management: Leading projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, and optimization, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in equipment engineering.
• Preferably in automation or high-tech manufacturing industries​.

We are looking for Customer Service Engineer which able to work independently with good working attitude. Computer literate, and have good interpersonal skill, good knowledge in IT services is an advantage

Training will be provided.
