Role:
- Conducting planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks on building fabric and infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality.
- Performing repairs and renovations to building structures, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting as required.
- Collaborating with team members to prioritise maintenance tasks and deliver efficient solutions.
- Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively to maintain facility integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or in a similar facilities maintenance role.
- Strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet maintenance objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
