- You will perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties including organization, training, planning, and operations of personnel within the Requirements Branch.
- You will review operations of an organization in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with facility requirements to meet mission directives.
- You will determine the products and services needed to carry out facility management functions and ensure missions objectives are met.
- You will coordinate with organization and public works business lines to develop facility maintenance planning and execution strategies.
- You will evaluate possible approaches and solutions to unusual maintenance and repair problems using technical judgment, experience, and exploration of available resources.
- You will monitor status of work execution to ensure that facilities projects satisfy business requirements.
