Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automotive maintenance, project management, or engineering operations control, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing complex automotive maintenance projects. PMP or similar certification is advantageous.

• Provides payroll related data for internal & external reporting (eg. Management Reporting or MOM surveys and questionnaires)
• Reviews and implements Process Improvements for Payroll related areas
• Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Human Resource Management preferred)
2. Minimum 3 years' working experience in payroll
3. Good working knowledge of manpower regulations e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act & tax regulations
4. Good HR knowledge and experience in payroll system and function
5. Meticulous with an eye for detail
6. Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in MS Excel

Job Purpose

Coordinate with the logistics team to perform logistics support and supply chain functions of the Company.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure all movements of materials are physically accounted for and updated in system
• Accountable for inventory accuracy
• Carry out operations plans as instructed by superior
• Assist in Lean management and other Projects

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure smooth operation in all aspects of store including storage of materials and coordinating of vendors, internal parties and deliveries.
• Maintain good housekeeping, security and work safety.
• Perform transactions in SAP system.
• Manage reverse logistics (Returns, NCR- non conformity)
• Scrap management within plant (Metal, Lubs, General, Cartons)
• Conduct cycle count, annual stock take
• Reassignment to cover other branches including doing deliveries when required
• Coordinate with all branches for inter-branch store transferring
• Maintain and file all incoming and outgoing documents
• Take on ad-hoc request/projects as and when assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

• Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehousing
• Education Qualification: Min. Diploma in Logistics and above would be added advantage
• Great sense of urgency in a fast pace environment
• Independent and has initiative
• Microsoft Office and email
• Meticulous
• Familiar with Purchasing and WMS will be an advantage for career growth
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
• Class 3 driver license required
• Forklift license a plus
• 5.5 working days, 44 working hours per week, subject to OT if required
• Abled to carry up to 9kg of heavy load (To carry tyres etc.)
