We are playing an important role of Test Automation in Airbags domain worldwide. • Develop and maintain test library, test framework.
• Develop general test scripts that will be used by Airbag testing community.
• Review requirements, design test specifications, develop automation test scripts and test execution.
• Research and investigate new techniques and testing methods or tooling to apply into project.
• Support tester also developer engineers to debug and resolve issues, create technical documentation, guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality of the testing process.

• Understand the requirements on product level and be able to derive requirements of different component based on available concepts.
• Understand cause effect relationship between component's design and its functions.
• Be able to use software (NX) to create 3D model of the design.
• Able to create drawing with understanding of tolerance, manufacturing ability, function and reliability.
• Support other activities in the development and series support process including documentation, testing, release and manage changes by collaborating with test engineer, developer and other designers.

• Research and develop documents related to the embedded and automotive domains
• Create research plans (time, definition of user groups, methods, activities, data storage)

• Develop design solutions within defined concept taking into account material, manufacturing and economic aspects. Optimize designs based on customer's feedback.
• Create and monitor design schedule. Perform design calculations using calculation or FEM simulation method. Examine costs, document designs (bills of materials, technical specifications, design guidelines)
• Develop innovative concepts and ensure feasibility
• Work in a project team, communicate to the stakeholders to explain the design and explore the requirements

Work in Laboratory and testing area in Components and Connector Engineering Department – Bosch Automotive R&D Center Vietnam – HCMC:

- Support Senior Testing Engineer in development project.

- Prepare test samples, carry out validation tests and test result summarize in different development project:

• Prepare test samples and carry out different test (Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability …) under supervising of Test Engineer.
• Understand and operate different testing equipment to support the testing.
• Discuss test method and report test result to different stakeholder (Designer, Test Engineer, Technical Project Leader).
• Communicate with different person about testing request requirement.

- Testing and Laboratory Process Improvement: Work with Senior Testing Engineer to build up the Apps and Web Based for different lab process.

Promote and sell automation product, system and services to a group of customers (SI, End-user, OEM) through distributors or direct sales:

• You should be able to promote the company’s products and services to potential customers in your assigned territory
• Take full responsibility and accountability to sell and exceed the assigned sales target
• Focus on core segments including Automotive, Electronic, Steel, Ceramic, Water, Mining,…
• Detect potential partners inside the targeted segment and develop them become System Integrator who are master about Bosch Rexroth FA product platform
• Promote and sell Bosch Rexroth platform to targeted OEM/End-users in strategic segments through SI partnership
• Work with Product Application Engineer to convert competitor products (being used by customer) to Bosch Rexroth
• Together SI/OEM catch up new projects of key account customer relating to upgrading system/ new line investment
• Align with focus of company (strategy and execution), utilise and follow CRM tool to ensure productivity of saleswork, respect culture of company to engage customer

• The project's main programming language is Embedded C.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated (Chinese Speaking) Series Support Engineer to join our team. As a Series Support Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with Chinese partners and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of engineering projects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product design, quality, and functionality, as well as providing technical support to various departments. This role requires fluency in Chinese, excellent engineering knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Chinese partners and suppliers to ensure timely and successful implementation of engineering projects, adhering to Bosch business and technical targets.
• Maintain the state-of-the-art product design and ensure product quality meets functional and requirements specifications.
• Provide engineering support to production, purchasing, and sales departments, including risk assessment, problem-solving, and engineering change requests.
• Represent engineering work in steering committee meetings and act as a technical interface for internal and external customers regarding series production topics.
• Analyze validation reports and perform data analysis for product and component release.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, test engineers, production, purchasing, and suppliers to develop technical solutions based on requirements, utilizing existing product and component portfolios, and initiating the development of new variants if necessary.
• Coordinate or lead a team to develop solutions using design tools and methodologies such as LHPH, FMA, FMEA, DRBFM, 8D.

System Engineer is the core position, responsible for requirements development and system architecture in an assigned Engineering Project.

• Requirement Management/Development (Including Elicitation and Analysis).

1. Analyse legal regulations and standards of countries worldwide, derive technical requirements, including documentation in databases in technical topic areas such as vehicle safety, exhaust treatment, emissions, on-board diagnosis, safety, security, materials, data protection, fuel consumptions/energy consumption, EMC, reliability, vibration or others.

2. Understand automotive and non-automotive products, systems, SW and services in order to identify relevant regulations, to derive requirements and conduct product evaluation. 

3. Understand and apply legal structure know-how of countries in regulation research. Apply understandings of legal and technical content of regulations to document in databases and to derive requirement. 

4. Collarborate with local and international teams to close potential gaps in working processes and methods.

5. Improve efficiency in daily work by applying programming / coding in daily work or improving processes / methods.
