Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and evaluate health education programs tailored to veterans.
- Provide guidance on lifestyle management, chronic disease prevention, and health promotion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate education into patient care plans.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in health education services.
- Deliver workshops, seminars, and training sessions for veterans and their families.
- Create educational materials such as pamphlets, guides, and online content.
- Monitor and report on program outcomes to ensure effectiveness.
