As a Master Transportation Security Officer (MTSO), you will support the airport training program through performance of a variety of training-related functions. • Conduct experiments on crop plants and collect different tissues for sequencing and other molecular analysis.
• Perform a variety of molecular techniques including nucleic acid (DNA/RNA) extraction and quantification, primer designing, and quantitative PCR analysis.
• Maintain, calibrate, and modify equipment for test and evaluation procedures.
• Tabulate, statistically analyze, and summarize data using software packages including R programming.
