TeacherActive are seeking an Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS Class teacher to join a team at a fantastic Primary School in West Norwood, London. The successful candidate will be supporting Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) students in their learning and development.

As a Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS Class teacher, you will work closely with the heads of school to learning activities and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
• Planning, delivering and evaluating high-quality lessons in accordance with the EYFS framework
• Establishing a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment for all children
• Conducting ongoing assessments and tracking student progress, and using this information to inform planning and adapt teaching approaches as necessary
• Communicating effectively with parents and carers, and maintaining regular contact to ensure a collaborative approach to each child's learning
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice, plan and deliver cross-curricular projects, and support each other's professional development
• Keeping up-to-date with developments in EYFS education, and contributing to the development of school policies and practices
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience of teaching as an Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS Class teacher
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, and experience of planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet its requirements
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage and inspire young children
• A commitment to ongoing professional development, and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
