Monday - Friday 8.45am - 3.45pm - 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 6 inset daysWe are seeking Learning Support Assistants to join our growing team. LSAs work in a class team and support small groups and individual children to help them achieve defined progression targets. They contribute to meeting pupil’s needs and achievement of their EHCP outcomes.The role would particularly suit candidates with some experience of working with pupils with severe learning disabilities (SLD), profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and autistic spectrum condition (ASC).
The successful candidate will have: a proven track record of outstanding learning support for pupils with SEND.excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
