Position: Group Delivery Administrator
Location: Remote, work from home
Salary: £24,960
Contract: Fixed term until August 2025
We’re looking for a dedicated Group Delivery Administrator to support our delivery teams and ensure a seamless learning experience for our learners. This role is vital in coordinating our Interactive Online Workshops (IOWs) and in-person sessions, helping us deliver high-quality training services.
What You'll Do:
Manage IOW bookings, ensuring processes run smoothly.
Handle Adult Education Budget (AEB) enrollments and promptly respond to learner inquiries.
Maintain attendance logs, coordinate bookings, and manage cancellations or reschedules.
Work closely with Vocational Trainers and Area Managers to encourage IOW participation.
Use Eventbrite to manage bookings, monitor attendance, and produce reports.
About You:
We’re looking for an organised and efficient individual with the following skills and experience:
Previous administrative experience within an Apprenticeship Training organisation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with familiarity with interacting with learners.
Comprehensive understanding of delivery models and funding regulations.
Enthusiastic about delivering excellence and improving processes.
Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying areas for enhancement.
Proficient in business systems with a passion for their development.
Collaborative, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic work environments.
