Task & Responsibilities Strong leader, inclusive of others, and brings a positive attitude everyday Flair for building positive relationships and meaningful connections with other Early Childhood Educators, families, children, and the wider community Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service. Qualification & Experience Valid NSW Working with Children Check Nationally recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree, or working towards, depending on course/course progress Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required) Mentoring and/or leadership experience (preferred) coupled with a minimum of 2 years full-time work experience as an Early Childhood Teacher and able to prove this (or equivalent part-time experience). Salary range is between $73,150 and $93,000 plus Superannuation , depending on experience.
