About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator Change Management and Training to support the planning, execution, and administration of change management and training programs within the organization. This role will focus on ensuring that employees are effectively prepared for change initiatives through structured training programs, clear communication, and successful implementation of change processes. You will work closely with various teams to manage change efforts and enhance organizational adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Support

• Assist in planning and implementing change management strategies and activities to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes, such as process improvements, system upgrades, and structural changes.
• Support the development and execution of communication plans to inform employees of changes, expectations, and benefits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the impact of changes on business units and teams, ensuring proper support and resources are provided.
• Track and report on the progress of change management initiatives, ensuring that milestones and timelines are met.
• Support change agents and managers in implementing change management processes, including training, communication, and feedback collection.

Training Program Development and Delivery

• Coordinate and deliver training programs to help employees develop the skills and knowledge needed to successfully adapt to changes within the organization.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to create customized training content related to change initiatives, including new processes, systems, tools, or roles.
• Organize and schedule training sessions, ensuring availability of resources such as trainers, venues, and materials.
• Track and monitor employee participation in training sessions and ensure that all relevant personnel are trained and certified as required.
• Administer evaluations and surveys after training sessions to assess effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of change management activities, training sessions, employee participation, and feedback.
• Prepare regular reports on training progress, employee engagement, and the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
• Develop and update training manuals, guides, and other instructional materials to ensure clear and accurate documentation of change processes and training content.
• Ensure that all documentation is kept up-to-date and stored in compliance with organizational standards.

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration

• Act as the point of contact for employees regarding change management and training activities, answering questions and providing support as needed.
• Collaborate with HR, leadership teams, and other departments to align change management and training efforts with organizational goals.
• Facilitate regular meetings with project teams, department heads, and change leaders to update on change progress, challenges, and support needs.
• Assist in fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation through effective communication and training programs.

Training Needs Analysis and Planning

• Conduct assessments to identify training needs related to change initiatives and gather feedback from employees and managers on existing knowledge gaps.
• Work with leadership teams to prioritize training needs and create a development plan for affected employees.
• Assist in designing learning paths and recommending resources to improve skillsets and support professional development during organizational changes.

Continuous Improvement

• Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to continuously improve change management and training programs.
• Stay updated on best practices, tools, and trends in change management and training methodologies.
• Recommend new training technologies, techniques, or approaches to enhance employee learning experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in change management, training coordination, or a related role within an organizational setting.
• Experience working with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
• Knowledge of training delivery methods, such as instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning approaches.
• Familiarity with organizational change efforts, such as system upgrades, process changes, or restructures.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), training software, and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools to track and manage change initiatives and training schedules (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Understanding of employee engagement and communication platforms to facilitate training and change communication (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Your Responsibilities  

As a RepRisk® Junior Business Information Analyst, your focus is the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects which are vital inputs to the ESG Research, Products, and Sales departments through the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform.  Part of your responsibilities would include matching client company records that were not automatically matched to the RepRisk database by our internal tools.  You will also be responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of entities in the RepRisk database by performing scheduled reviews, cleanups, and special projects. The position will also expose you to other special tasks as needed.  The work includes analysis, data management and quality control, as well as encoding and clerical tasks. 

This role will report directly to the Business Information Research Team Leads in the Manila office.  Moreover, you will: 

• Create and maintain RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies, NGOs, infrastructure projects, etc. associated with environmental, social, and corporate governance issues 

• Research, validate and encode relevant data, assuring the quality of entity level information before entering it into the RepRisk database in accordance with RepRisk standards 

• Responsible for the accurate, timely and comprehensive updates of RepRisk’s datasets including structure and relationships (subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.) and associated corporate actions resulting from M&As, spin-offs, reorganizations, and other corporate actions 

• Match client-provided entities with the entities in the RepRisk database 

• Work with the Business Information Research Leads and other Business Information Research Analysts to ensure projects are completed in timely manner   

• Extract entity information using proprietary tools for entity matching 

• Be assigned as “point person” to oversee different projects/tasks and assist other Analysts  

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed 

Your Responsibilities 

The Business Information Research (BIR) Lead will oversee a group of BIR analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. The BIR Lead will oversee the team’s development, ensuring performance standards are met, supporting the overall goal of establishing Manila as the centre of excellence for dataset management. 

The BIR Lead will focus on the development and well-being of the team, while setting out individual roadmaps for the group’s future with the company and is expected to be a conduit for process improvements and strategic decisions. The BIR Lead is also expected to collaborate with other divisions and Department Heads located in Asia, Europe, and North America in support of strategic projects and the company’s overall goals. 

As a key player in our dynamic team

• You work closely with the Head of BIR and other BIR Leads to ensure that requests from internal and external clients located across Asia, Europe, and North America are processed in a timely and accurate manner 

• You ensure team members are taking ownership of all incoming requests/projects and supporting their successful and timely completion by coordinating, planning, and organizing the long-term and day-to-day task distribution of the team 

• You support and contribute to the BIR teams development by conceptualizing, developing, and innovating processes in terms of quality and efficiency gains,  through the use of technology or other strategies 

• You help institute quality control mechanisms to ensure comprehensive and accurate coverage, as well as timely maintenance, of RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects, including structure and relationships (subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.) and associated corporate actions resulting from M&As, spin-offs, reorganizations, and other corporate actions 

• You coach team members effectively and set an example when it comes to data integrity, purposeful, open and solution oriented communication, as well as performance monitoring and professional and personal development  

• You represent the BIR team in weekly Business Information Research Council meetings while proactively sharing acquired knowledge and contributing to corresponding projects on a regular basis
