Key responsibilities:

Our 1st line support analyst is the first point of contact for users across the business who have technical issues or queries. Providing initial troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance, either by phone, email, chat, or remote access.

About the role

The Development Quality Assurer role is all about making a real impact. Delivering staff training, and internal apprenticeships through one-on-one or group sessions, including consistency sessions, short courses, upskill training, and teacher training sessions.




About you

We're seeking passionate individuals who can help our Vocational Trainers shape the learning journeys of our students. We’re also looking for the following skills and experience:


Previous experience within a Quality role, with experience coaching and mentoring trainers.
A Level 4 TAQA qualification (or equivalent).
A Level 3 Teaching qualification.
Hands-on experience within the Hospitality and Catering industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
An accredited coaching qualification is a plus.
Confidence in the delivery of functional skills
