We are re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director/Director of Development to join our A-team (hybrid*). As an Associate Director/Director of Development to lead our development team in creating innovative, custom applications for clinical trials. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Java, JavaScript, React, and other modern technologies. In this role your key tasks will include:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of custom applications for clinical trials.

To be successful you should possess:

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with expertise in Java, JavaScript, React, and related technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring development teams.
• Extensive experience in developing custom applications for clinical trials or within the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data management in clinical research applications.
• Deep understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic data capture (EDC), and other relevant applications.
• Ability to gather and understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Business Unit Mission:

The mission of the Associate Director of Quantitative Research is to assist in coaching and mentoring the staff, building relationships with M3 clients, and working with the team on ensuring projects complete on time and within budget. The Associate Director of Quantitative Research will also assist with updating processes and internal systems to ensure the team is working as efficient as possible. This is the ideal role for someone who has management experience in market research, specifically focused on online healthcare research.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for providing guidance and mentoring members of the operations team.
• Responsible for managing project escalations to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. This will require the candidate to partner with the sales team and operations staff to address issues and/or make recommendations to improve performance on research projects.
• Working closely with the Director of Operations to adapt, develop and initiate processes, procedures, and system enhancements.
• Investigating and managing project escalations. The Associate Director will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Monitoring productivity and quality of data collection of projects.
• Overseeing the billing process of the team, and ensuring projects end with expected profitability.
• Responsible for creating best practice documents between M3 and some of M3’s key accounts. Will serve as a point of contact for some of M3’s key accounts on the Quant team. Candidate will need to work closely with Sales and any other department’s lead on the account to ensure a smooth process for the client.
• Assist in the training of any new team members, as well as the training needs of current employees.

Summary: This role is for the Data Center Advisory Team

Using deep data center expertise, we deliver full services from site selection, appraisals, feasibility studies, project and facilities management to sales, leasing and investing.

Looking for clients to help them in developing, building, buying, selling, investing in or manage and modernize data center projects from one location through to an entire portfolio.

Deliver fully converged real estate, facilities and technology solutions for data center owners, occupiers and investors throughout India and around the globe.

• Lead the data center Research & Advisory team across APAC & EMEA
• Manage the center of excellence team based in India.
• Track and analyze data center activity in APAC & EMEA, identify trends, growth opportunities and challenges.
• Collect and analyze data and publications on the global data center sector.
• Assess findings and disseminate across various research outputs for internal and external audiences, written publications, client presentations, webinars and industry speaking opportunities
• Answering data and informational queries from regional team (APAC & EMEA) and being a knowledgeable source of truth for data center insights for internal personnel
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop research proposals that will assist in business development and other revenue driving opportunities
• Assist global research team in drafting signature biannual and annual reports
• Maintain effective communication with the C&W Data Center Advisory Team (DCAT) and other stakeholders, including through participation in regular team meetings
• Achieve revenue target set for the data center advisory function
• Prepare proposals for advisory pitches/mandates
• Interact with clients and key stake holders for business opportunities
• Respond to media queries and participate in events to represent C&W’s DCAT
• Execute bespoke advisory mandates for clients that may include demand estimations, pricing strategies, financial feasibility, market study, competitor benchmarking, regulatory and compliance requirements, etc.
• Ensure fee is collected from clients basis the executed/delivered mandates/reports.
• Domestic & International Travel may be required as per business needs.
