The Senior Researcher Advanced Materials Technologies:

• As an Executive Support Specialist, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list:
• Manage workflow and overall quality and efficiency of day-to-day staff operations.
• Oversee the administrative management program.
• Receives and reviews all correspondence sent through the administrative management office and performs extensive coordination with the appropriate staff or operating official for tasking them and establishing suspenses.
• Responsible for alerting Director on emergency and important matters.
• Research available background data, tasks subordinate staff as deemed necessary, assembles requested information, or follows up to see that subordinate offices submit required answers within the specified timeframe.
• Provides administrative support to the DCS G-1/4/9 including receiving telephone calls and visitors, screening those that can be handled personally.
• Maintains the DCS G-1/4/9 calendar of official and social engagements, ensuring that supervisor and staff are fully briefed on matters to be considered before the scheduled meeting.
• Provides input to the TRADOC Long Range Calendar.
• Orchestrates the DCS G-1/4/9 portion of the Orientation Program for senior officials at HQ TRADOC and the Schools/Centers.

• As an Executive Officer, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list:
• Analyzes problems and other issues to determine the best and most appropriate course of action.
• Lead strategic initiative and innovative planning efforts for directorate.
• Coordinates administrative matters that cross organizational lines and ensures an open communication between organizations while addressing a number of issues for which the incumbent has specific administrative oversight responsibility.
• Develops, reviews, and interprets various regulations and directives pertaining to administration and management of G-1/4/9 missions and responsibilities.
• Assist in the direction, supervision, and coordination of staff activities.
• Tasks divisions and office staff to accomplish various actions on behalf of the DCS and ADCS and reports the status of such actions.
• Draft policies, evaluations, speeches and directives on behalf of executive.

Key Role:
Drive a multi-year technical training and assessment program. Leverage instructional systems design strategies and computer network operations experience to help magnify clients’ cyber training capabilities. Collaborate with military leadership, technical experts, and operational colleagues. Build, validate, implement, and evaluate critical training programs for advanced learners who are motivated to grow their skillset. Training developers will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team producing highly sophisticated, technical, hands-on training solutions to meet the mission and time-critical needs of our client. Developers may also be part of the instructional team providing classroom instruction that teaches assigned students in the manner described in the Program of Instruction. Utilize your operational experience to foster a team environment of learning, progress, inclusion, and excellence and help us build the next generation of cyber warriors.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO)

• 2+ years of experience with development, testing, management, operations, or training of networked hardware and software systems

• Experience creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware in support of training content development or instructional scenarios

• Experience with the development, deployment, operations, maintenance, training, or administration of Windows or Unix-based operating systems

• Experience with assessing student understanding, skills, and abilities to gauge proficiency in the subject

• Ability to translate complex concepts or data into graphically appealing and easy-to-understand presentations for a broad range of audiences

• Ability to navigate in an ambiguous, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with teaching cyberspace operations in a formal classroom setting with any of the following topics, including Basic Scripting, Buffer Overflows, Fuzzing and Mitigations, Bypassing Security Techniques, Application Vulnerabilities and DLL Injection, or Concealing Evidence, Process Hiding and Log Cleaning

• Experience developing training evaluation metrics

• Knowledge of commonly used software-programming languages such as, Python, PERL, shell scripting, or others

• Ability to build consensus and effective cross-functional relationships

• Ability to adapt content development and delivery to a variety of audiences

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

• Possession of excellent organizational, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and client-management skills

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor's degree
