• Prepare daily and monthly status reports and feeder information to be provided as input to the battalion Level.

Processes annually more than 4 million pieces of official and personnel mail at three official mail centers JBSA Ft Sam Houston, Lackland AFB and Randolph AFB Official Mail Centers (OMC), six postal service centers, Randolph Postal Service Center (PSC), Lackland Postal Service Centers (PSC #2, #3 and #7) and a Student Mail Center (SMC) and Benner Barracks at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston.
• Accountable Mail: To provide accountability and control of classified communications; to provide document security services; and to provide office automation and clerical support for the Operations Flight. Receives, records, sorts, transports, controls, and processes all incoming and outgoing special services mail, i.e. registered, express, certified, insured, and other various extra service articles personally through the window to the addressee/authorized agent and to various organizations and mailrooms designated mail orderlies and mail clerks.
• Provides expedient and complete mail like matter services sent via commercial carriers. Responsible for securely receiving, controlling and processing commercial carrier parcels (i.e. UPS and FedEx parcels).
• To provide first-line defense of Mail Security for JBSA customers and serviced activities. Responsible for knowing the characteristics of suspicious mail items and the proper procedures for handling and reporting suspicious mail items to the proper authorities.
• Maintains and Operates as a Unit Mail Clerk. Responsible for assigning and withdrawal of receptacles for TDY, student and permanent party postal lock boxes, changing combinations/keys, redirecting undeliverable mail.

• Utilize the Defense Civilian Pay System to collect, sort, post, update and review time, attendance and labor data for assigned personnel each pay period.
• Respond to non-technical requests for information regarding office functions, status of reports, duty status of office personnel, or other information available from files.
• Use a personal computer with word processing, spreadsheet software, and printing equipment to create, copy, edit, store, retrieve, and print a variety of standardized documents.
• Coordinate reservations, air, hotel, and rental reservations for personnel.

• Provide administrative support in the examination, initiation, and completion of legal actions and documents for review by the Chief, Military Justice or his or her designee(s).

• Prepare draft appointment orders detailing off icers to conduct AR 15-6 investigations, administrative separation boards, and Article 32 hearings for review and coordinates with the appropriate attorney to schedule their briefings and legal reviews.

Prepares choreographed routine for each class. Demonstrates a command of effective class format, leadership skills, and sensitivity to all levels of fitness. Ensures all equipment and supplies are accessible prior to classes beginning. Demonstrates knowledge in exercise physiology, kinesiology, injury prevention, cardiovascular and medical considerations, nutrition, and body composition. Assists Fitness Center Director, Fitness Program Specialist and Sports Specialist with programs and function providing support for activities. Enforces customer access and priority IAW established procedures and regulatory guidance. Establishes schedules of events as well as the rules and regulations to be observed.
