The Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) are part of an exciting new project funded by NHS England, Health Education England, with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people and families, and schools in the community. This opportunity allows you to join an innovative new service during an exciting time whilst working alongside an enthusiastic, compassionate and inspiring team! The role offers an exciting opportunity to continue to innovate and deliver high quality evidence-based care and whole system interventions, with great ongoing CPD opportunities. All applicants must demonstrate in their application the ability to work at degree level or have an equivalent level of relevant experience. Experience of working with children and young people and an understanding of the educational system in England is highly desirable. The training programme for this post starts in September 2024, is 12 months in duration and will consist of academic and supervised practice learning across mental health services and educational settings. During training, the post-holder will work under supervision to enable them to gain the level of competence required to deliver high-quality, evidence-based early interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems.

Tuition Centre Management Trainee (To become Center Manager)

Working Location: 1 Marine Parade Central #06-07 Singapore 449408

Working day and time: Wednesday to Sunday, 9am-6pm

Salary: $2500-$3200

Job Scope:

• Manage Centre Daily Operation;
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns;
• Answer parents enquiries;
• Generate lead and sales.
• Will experience in different position to learn on all position’s functionality

Qualification and requirement:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma and/or above;
• Committed, responsible;
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Has working experience in service sector;
• Relevant working experience in managing an education centre is more preferred;
• Able to work during weekend as the rest days are on weekdays.

**As a Management Trainee, you will**:

• Learn, manage and be responsible for the daily operations of the tuition centre
• Liaise with HQ, parents and teachers with regards to students and centre matters
• Manage your staff to help you achieve the centre’s goals & smoothness of operations
• Learn face-to-face communication skills as part of good customer service
• Learn, manage and execute your assigned business sub-role well
• You will be working with mostly pen, paper & laptops, learning the INs and OUTs of customer service & operations management, improving the experiences of our clients, and “levelling up” in your personal experience in dealing with people.
