We are seeking an experienced personal assistant/administrator to join our Business Services team to provide support to our education leaders and undertake co-ordination of our reception and central administrative functions ensuring the smooth operation of our Education Centre.

Business Services team

Contributes to the delivery of outstanding patient care by:

· Providing strategic support across all Education workstreams and projects

· Operational management of the Education Centre, booking processes, central functions, facilities/equipment, and centre budget management

· Establishment and management of common administrative and governance functions

· Maximise utilisation of space and equipment, ensuring a welcoming and functional education centre to all users

· Providing advice and guidance on matters relating to business processes, change management, communication, stakeholder relations, engagement and contract management

· Lead the way in digitisation in the Education Centre

As this is a new concept with the Education Centre, workstreams may change if needed.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our training team as a Trainer, providing training to our new and existing staff to ensure they are delivering quality care out in the community. This will be a dual training position, training our staff for supporting both children & adults with complex needs.

Travel will be required to several of our branches, including Bury, Blackburn & Preston. A fuel card will be provided to cover the expense of business miles.

Key Roles & Responsibilities;

· Ensuring that our training is relevant and meeting both CQC & Skills for Care Guidelines.

· Constantly reviewing and liaising with our Compliance team to ensure high standard of training are delivered.

· Supporting the Operations team with extra training as and when needed.

· Sourcing learning opportunities.

· Delivering our inhouse induction to new and existing care staff in line with CQC guidelines.

· Develop appropriate teaching styles and deliver methods to meet the needs of our learners.

· Training both theory and practical elements of the training programme.

Experience & Qualifications;

Essential

· Previous experience in a training role.

· Previous experience in Health & Social Care.

· Full UK drivers licence with access to own vehicle.

· Must be willing to travel

Preferred

· Level 3 or 5 NVQ in Health and social care.

· Previous experience in home care/domiciliary care/complex care.
