Major Duties:
This position involves a multi-grade career ladder. The major duties listed below represent the full performance level of GS-11. (1) Provides technical guidance and assistance to subordinate elements, the headquarters operations section, and other staff sections in planning, acquiring, preparing, conducting, and documenting individual and collective training. Conducts command readiness inspections and other evaluations of subordinate training operations, security, safety, and deployment readiness planning. Make recommendations as appropriate to correct deficiencies. Conducts and/or coordinates assistance visits in the areas of training management. Review training schedules, circulars, and yearly training plans to ensure congruence with commander's priorities and higher headquarters guidance. Performs research necessary to create or modify the units' mission essential task lists in accordance with critical wartime mission requirements. Assist with the coordination and support of internal/external evaluation teams. Plans, coordinates, and provides guidance regarding deployment issues to include tentative plans for full or partial deployment. (2) Manages the command's school program. Forecasts the individual training requirements for the organization and coordinates with higher headquarters to obtain quotas for personnel to attend schools (Service, NCO, Special, etc.). Sub-allocates authorized training quotas to elements within the command based on the commander's guidance, preliminary forecasts, and modifications due to training requirements. Monitor the usage of organizational quotas and reallocates based on execution data. Reviews, approves, and forwards individual requests for training seats based on allocated quotas and availability of funds. Researches and resolves soldier prerequisite/eligibility problems.

(3) Is a technical specialist in readiness reporting for the organization. Perform analysis and refinement of organizational readiness data. Reviews subordinate training readiness feeder reports to ensure current and correct information is reported. Consolidates the training portion of the organizational readiness report and assists the training officer in the consolidation and submission of the overall readiness report. Provide training and assistance to commanders and unit personnel on reporting procedures and other matters pertaining to readiness.

(4) Plans, organizes, and administers the individual and NCO professional development training programs for the organization. Coordinate common task and skill-specific training programs. Provide assistance to training personnel within the command in scheduling training areas, obtaining training aids, requesting equipment, and other required materials. Procure, design, reproduce and distribute a variety of training aids, map overlays and transparencies necessary for the efficient operation and training of the organization. Receives, consolidates, and forwards reports to higher headquarters pertaining to individual soldier readiness (i.e. common task test, weapons qualification, army physical fitness test).

(5) Makes recommendations and assists in the preparation of yearly training budget requirements for submission to higher headquarters based on yearly training guidance and training calendar. Input requirements into the automated funds management requisition and authorization system. Monitors the use of funds sub-allocated to subordinate units for use in training events. Prepares, reviews, and forwards for approval automated requests for orders. Verifies accounting classification data and coordinates with other organizations and higher headquarters to support unfunded events.

(6) Provides guidance and assistance for implementing security measures for such items as documents, arms and ammunition, and communication/ automation equipment (communication security/computer security). Ensures security measures are followed. May serve as a security coordinator for the command. May be designated as custodian or alternate custodian of classified documents, communication security/computer security account custodian/alternate and/or physical security manager as required by regulations and local situations. Assist the training officer in the preparation of plans and procedures for anti-terrorism/force protection and military support to civil authorities.

As a Physical Scientist within the Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center, some of your specific duties will include:

• Coordinates research on wetland processes that drive ecological and geomorphic change of estuaries and salt marshes and associated ecosystem services, including mitigation of coastal hazards.
• Leads teams of scientists and technicians in observational studies of wetland response to restoration.
• Designs and leads appropriate analytical programs for accomplishing research objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve GMP documentation (e.g. GMP forms, protocols, reports, cleaning records, batch records, work instructions) to ensure their compliance with PQS.
• Disposition intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).
• Support control and issuance of GMP controlled documentation.

Key Role:

POSITION SUMMARY

This position administers athletic training services in a community or clinic setting under the supervision of a supervising physician. These services include, but are not limited to, school screenings, injury prevention programs, athletic consults, injury assessment, and treatment and case management of injured athletes/clients undergoing rehabilitation. This position frequently attends practices and games for area schools and athletic clubs and community athletic events.

CORE FUNCTIONS

1. Evaluates injuries and develops treatment and exercise plans within the scope of practice. Re-evaluates treatment plans, as needed, to ensure maximum patient benefit.

2. Implements individualized therapeutic interventions, and monitors responses to therapy to ensure client safety. Reports progress and medical changes to referring physician or appropriate medical provider.

3. Educates clients, families, and coaches regarding injuries, risk factor modification, and exercise programs. Provides evaluation and treatment of medical and musculoskeletal pathology consistent with the scope and practice of athletic training clinical competencies as defined by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and the State’s Board of Athletic Training.

4. Conducts injury screening clinics, educational programs, and workshops to promote safety and injury prevention.

5. Documents patient treatment according to professional and regulatory standards.

6. Has autonomy to determine how to best accomplish functions within established procedures and scope of practice. Confers with supervisor on any unusual situations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field from an accredited university training program.

Current Board of Certification (BOC) for the Athletic Trainer certification and must possess a valid athletic trainer license issued in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Requires the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers. Must have strong interpersonal communications and human relation skills.

Employees working at Banner Scottsdale Sports Medicine, second floor must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment.

About the Digital Experience & Customer Empowerment Data Science Team (DXC-DS)
The DXC-DS Team is responsible delivering Machine Learning Features that transform the customer experience for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions at Autodesk.
We aim to help our customers, through conversation, personalization, and other intelligent features on our platform. Our team members work extensively with stakeholders across the company, with significant technology leadership and opportunity for impact. We work in a supportive and collaborative way, applying the latest technology and rigorous analysis to solve complex customer problems using ML.
Our 2024 focus is on the Autodesk Assistant, an LLM-driven, Universal Chatbot intended to provide generative answers to a wide range of our customers’ inquiries. This system is in production and already driving rich customer conversations and better outcomes. Other examples of our work include models for routing customer queries to agents, designing effective scripts for our support chatbot, and measuring the impact of automation on customer forums.
 

Position Overview
The ML Ops Engineering team combines software engineering with ML system deployment and operations. As an ML Ops Engineer on the team, you will be responsible for automating and simplifying machine learning workflows and deployments. ML Ops Engineers work to implement and deliver ML capabilities to solve complex real-world problems and deliver value to our customers. These processes include model development, testing, integration, release, and infrastructure management.
Our team culture is built on collaboration, mutual support, and continuous learning. In this role, you will automate and standardize processes across the ML lifecycle, collaborating with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities

• You will design and implement streamlined end-to-end, continuous, and automated process of deploying, monitoring, and maintaining versioned ML models, at scale. 

• You will design and implement services, tests, and interfaces to support Machine Learning capabilities that improve Autodesk’s eCommerce & Customer platforms. 

• You will design and implement data pipelines and automated workflows to operationalize data at different stages of the Machine Learning lifecycle. 

• Collaborate with other members of the team to reach better solutions, and to position our team at the cutting edge of technology and ML practice. 

• Deploy innovative solutions from non-production environments to production with an eye on scalability and observability. 

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field We also welcome applicants from non-traditional ML backgrounds.

• 0-3 years of applicable work experience in Software Engineering or Data Engineering or ML Engineering

• Proficiency with the Python Machine Learning stack, e.g., Pandas, etc.

• Demonstrate expertise with applying Machine Learning, including both Deep Learning (PyTorch) and Classical ML (Scikit-Learn)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Large Language Models, especially in the context of interactive dialog systems and chatbots (RAG, Generative AI, Conversational Agents)

• Experience deploying systems that use NLP or experience working with Conversational AI frameworks

• SQL and experience with big data technology such as Hive, Presto, Glue, (Py)Spark, or Athena

• Experience with data pipelines and the AWS ML ecosystem
