We are seeking a highly motivated Research Officer to join our team and contribute to our translational projects in autoimmune diseases and cancers. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting experiments involving mice handling, cell culture, and various techniques such as PCR, Western Blot, Luminex, and flow cytometry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Handle mice for experiments, including breeding, genotyping, and administering treatments
· Perform cell culture techniques, including maintenance and manipulation of cell lines
· Conduct molecular biology experiments, such as PCR, Western Blot,
· Run Luminex assays and flow cytometry analysis
· Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data
· Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning
· Keep accurate records of experiments and results
· Prepare research reports, presentations, and publications
· Collaborate with team members on research projects
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Biology, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Sciences)
· Able to handle mice
· Prior experience in cell culture, PCR, Western Blot, Luminex, and flow cytometry will be advantageous
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment
