- You will provide administrative and technical support.
- You will organize and maintain electronic filing systems for directives, regulations, manuals, and general administrative materials.
- You will prepare a variety of documents using office automation systems such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- You will ensure correspondence/parcels are mailed using the appropriate methods and all time-sensitive materials are tracked and delivered within the required timeframe.
- You will prepare monthly reconciliations and documents for quarterly audits.
- You will arrange meetings, trainings and events.
- You will be responsible for all procurement actions within the office.
- You will process requests and arrange for sign language interpreting services for employees.
- You will maintain program records and statistics, prepare reports and maintain databases.
- You will conduct EEO complaint in-take and may perform EEO counseling duties.
