To support our Mercedes-Benz Sales and Service Departments , we are recruiting a professional Receptionist with interpersonal and communication skills to be the first point of contact via phone and in person. Key responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting all visitors
Answer incoming phone calls
Maintain customer database
Liaise with customers, suppliers and couriers, ensuring concise and timely communication.
Maintaining and ordering stationery and other supplies as required
Maintain the presentation of reception, lounge and other areas (as needed)
Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
General support to the administration and management teams
