Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IR Support to join our team. The IR Support role is crucial in assisting the investor relations team with various tasks to ensure smooth and successful investor communications. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the investor relations team in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials

• Work from production check lists, procedures, instructions, customer and unit records, diagrams, prints, schematics, computer programs and similar documentation.
• Receive units from customer based on documentation provided through previous customer contact by others.  Document receipt of items and perform diagnostics review of unit to determine operating performance and potential causes and areas of failures.  Tear down units and examine components, testing for proper operation as required.  Replace circuit boards or other components including wiring and mechanical parts.  Make required modifications and reassemble units.  Diagnose hardware and software problems, isolating areas of potential or actual problems and make required modifications to suit current requirements and resolve problems.  Test repaired or modified units, reassemble to suit specifications and issue repaired units for shipping by others.
• Document repairs and annotate customer and product files as required.  Print and include required documentation of repairs and modifications and prepare software and documentation upgrades as required.
• Receive units from production or quality staff where failures occurring during production require unit tear down and complicated repair or replacement of components.  Make required repairs, reassemble unit and document extent of rework required.  Submit unit for continued processing through final production stages as appropriate. 
• Assist other team members by checking work prior to release of repaired or modified units.  Notify engineering of conditions requiring more complex resolution, recurring failures or service issues or identified product limitations.  Propose designs for new service jigs or fixtures.
• Consult with Customer Service Specialists on the determination of resolutions to specific customer problems.
• Prepare any range of required documentation, manually or in computer system to communicate, account for and record testing, calibration and disposition of units.

Control inventory of departmental equipment and units in for service.  Requisition and maintain supplies of consumable materials used in departmental operations

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)

•   Participate in in vitro assays to support drug discovery projects
•    Perform compound profiling and screen
•   Maintain an accurate and record all necessary information

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)

•   Candidates should be studying the bachelor or master degree in biology, biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology or related fields.

• The ability to understand the design and to perform different types of assays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Role as primary contact for customer quality concerns and claims for China customer accounts.
• Responsible for interfacing with the Allegro Corporate Quality group concerning customer complaints and corrective action reports.

What you'll be doing:

• Artistic skills (digital or otherwise) and experience with PIXAR's USD(Universal Scene Description)

• Experience with C++, CUDA, Vulkan, OpenGL and any related debugging and profiling tools.

• Knowledge of container-based workflow and containerized/virtualization technologies.

• Good technical English, all internal communications are world-wide.

• Supervise junior hotline service staff in providing professional hotline service to the public and tenants 
• Manage a team of CS staff in China

• Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organization skills with strong leadership and customer focus

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service industry of which at least 1 year in supervisory or coaching role 
• Experience in tele-sales or with sales background is preferred

ROLE SUMMARY:

Closely work with PMO and Digital innovation head, be copilot to develop, align, execute of China GE Business Units digital strategy, delivering more agile operating model for ongoing and new initiatives in the digital platform, Drive business through this new digital platform by influencing internal and external customers and stakeholders. And support BU’s  key projects and business operations work based on needs.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be copilot to design and develop digital Go-to-Market model to enable GE business strategy landing.
• Align with company digital strategy, co-pilot to develop and execute innovative and tactical digital plan which fit county market , to increase customer engagement efficiency.
• Partner with cross- functions within and outside of BU and leverage company resources to ensure that in-market digital services and programs are effectively executed, consistent with standards and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for synergies across business teams to gain maximum value from collective digital investment across TA. Gain alignment and buy in from business teams to execute on identified synergies.
• Analyzing of competitive intelligence and marketing insight to support all aspects of the GE BU digital strategy and implementation for both inline and pipeline products.
• Apply marketplace and competitive profiles, product profiles, market research, and detailed analyses to develop and enhance innovative multichannel marketing programs and strategies for assigned portfolio in GE BU Eco-System
• Up-skill and develop business teams in digital mindset and capabilities, using formal and informal approaches.
• Manage and operate digital database, analysis, and report.
• Support GE core projects’ management and business operations work based on needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years+ of diverse commercial experience.
• 5 years+ Pharma. industry Marketing Management, and Digital Marketing Management experience is preferred.
• Internet business industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure and multitask in.
• Strong interpersonal, influence and communications skills.
• Experience working with agencies/vendors.
• A working understanding of marketing and campaign management solutions offerings.
• Facilitation and skills in conveying best practice and learning.

Other Requirements: This is a physically demanding position that often requires extensive walking, standing for extended periods of time, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 35 lbs., the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools. Additionally, because this position generally involves working in a clean room, it requires the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
