The selectee will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Office of Technical Development and Applied Research, Technical Security Division. Typical work assignments include:

• Monitoring and reviewing obligations, expenditures, reimbursable orders, requests for allotments, and other special requests through examinations of financial records.
• Serving as a liaison and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to identify and correct financial discrepancies in billing.
• Analyzing trends and other relevant factors in order to forecast long-term funding and procurement needs of assigned programs.

Ensures funding needs identified in capital programs are appropriately documented and supported for the successful defense of capital programs.
• Leads the review, development, and prioritization of projects within GSA’s annual Capital Investment and Leasing Program (CILP), ensuring that resources are allocated to projects that deliver the highest return on investment and strategic value aligns capital resources from the appropriate budget activities with the projects in PBS’s regions.
• Assesses and improves program effectiveness and/or complex management processes, projects and systems. Issues studied impact the entire region, headquarters and oftentimes the nation, in incumbent's analysis of and implementation of innovations in business matters, ensuring that PBS/GSA continues to develop and employ best in industry practices. The CRH Mobile Deployment Team (MDT) provides care through on-site patient care and is a Mission Act 402 requirement. The NP is a licensed independent practitioner with advanced education and national certification (Primary Care) who provides evidence-based care for a population of patients.

Major duties and responsibilities of the position (but not limited to):

The VISN Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) Primary Care Physician position is a VISN based position located in VISN 20. This Primary Care Physician position is under the general supervision of the VISN CRH Associate Director of Primary Care. A Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) is a clinical and administrative staff repository that serves Veterans Affairs facilities within a Veterans Integrated System Network (VISN). Staff within the CRH are expected to provide interprofessional services to VISN facilities underserved or experiencing gaps in clinicians due to the inability to match provider supply with demand. Services provided by CRH staff in this position are conducted in-person.
