Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Burnley supporting a young lady in her own home with Autism, Pica and Epilepsy. This young lady loves being outdoors and enjoying activities.

Duties for this Support Worker role

Keeping her safe in the community

Support with community involvement

Prompting and assisting to keep a tidy home

Maintain and support with daily routine

Support with preparing and cooking her favourite meals

As a member of the Underwriting support team, your main duties include full responsibility for the management of your caseload, covering a variety of work-types, to ensure customer queries/issues / administrative requests are dealt with efficiently and within agreed service levels. The role covers mortgage applications, pre offer queries and pre offer processing.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional service to our customers in all aspects of their dealings with us.

• Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality relationships.

• Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within specific time frames, criteria and policy.

• Making and receiving phone calls to chase outstanding reports or requests.

• Dealing with technical queries from 3rd parties to allow a case to progress to mortgage offer.

• Previous experience of quality checking is desirable.

• To ideally have previous experience within the Financial Services industry, preferably from a regulatory perspective.

• Good understanding of FCA regulations and the impact of regulatory risk would be desirable.

£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
