You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Customer Account Teams providing expert support, guidance and mentoring to ensure we consistently deliver the right level of service to our residents. You will own complaint resolution and be responsible for working across Teams to ensure we have the right capabilities and capacity in place to meet demand.



Whether driving a consistent ‘One Team’ culture across Income Management, being the face of Income Management to colleagues across L&Q or building relationships with third-party providers, you will need a proven track record of building long lasting effective working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. Along with this, you will need to be a great communicator with the ability to convey complex information in a consumable way.

Income Management Knowledge and Experience: Subject Matter Expert across the arrears lifecycle with knowledge of Housing Law, Landlord and Tenant Act, Welfare Reform and legal procedures and documentation

Sutton’s Children Looked After and Leaving Care Team is Sutton’s Team of The Year for 2022 and 2023! The Role

As Front of House Team Member you will mainly work on the Reception desk providing a warm welcome and great service to our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Previous experience with Opera is an advantage as you will of course be helping our guests with Check-in and Check-Out, however more than that you will have the opportunity to really get to know your guests in order to better anticipate their needs and deliver a truly personalised experience. You will need to be proactive in solving guest queries and be able to do your best work while remaining cool and calm in busy times. Our Front of House Teams work a shift rota so you will need to be comfortable working five days out of seven, with some early shifts and some late shifts.

Job Overview:

As an Electrician in our Direct Repairs department, you will play a vital role in delivering a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property service. You will work across South London, providing high-quality maintenance services to residents, internal colleagues, and partners.

This role includes occasional Out of Hours work, offering additional earnings. A company van will be provided for work purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality responsive maintenance services.
• Manage repairs effectively from issue to completion.
• Provide support and clear structure to operatives.
• Ensure final quality assurance of all repair works.

What You'll Need:

• Proven track record as an Electrician with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Trade Qualifications:
  • City and Guilds 18th Edition Certificate.
  • Qualified to Part 1 & 2 City and Guilds for electrical installation.
  • City and Guilds 2391 testing and inspection (desirable but no essential).
• A valid UK driving licence is essential.
