We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Corporate Finance department in various tasks. You will assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and contribute to the financial success of our organization. 

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payment schedule. 
• Reconcile Bank Accounts’ balance 
• Assisting in financial analysis and reporting. 
• Preparing and reviewing tax calculations and tax returns. 
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. 
• Participating in financial risk assessment and mitigation. 
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. 
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes. 
• Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team on ad-hoc tasks and projects. 

• Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Accounting

• Has 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance and/or accounting preferably from Public Accounting Firm

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. 
• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices. 
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain managed security service provider (MSSP) solutions to meet client needs effectively.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of client security requirements.
• Conduct assessments of clients' current security posture and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the deployment of MSSP solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on MSSP solutions and security best practices.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented security solutions, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving threats.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor offerings to enhance MSSP services continuously.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations throughout the solution delivery process.
• Act as a point of escalation for technical issues relating to MSSP solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders on security strategies and MSSP capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in security solution delivery or related roles within the ICT industry.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity threats, risk management, and security frameworks.
• Experience in deploying and managing MSSP solutions.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Willing to work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.

As an IT Operation Support, you will be an integral part of our technology team, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing support to internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a reliable and efficient IT environment.

What you will do, but not limited to:

• Answering customer questions or resolving computer problems via phone, email, online chat, or in person.

• Providing step-by-step instructions to help customers resolve issue.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues 

• Forwarding complex problems to more experienced IT staff.

• Document technical processes and procedures to guide team members and users.

• Keeping technical documentation and service catalogs up to date.

• Conduct regular system checks and prepare reports on system performance and incidents.
