Students who are identified through testing and screeners are able to access tutor time interventions which are delivered throughout the school year. We have enhanced our campuses significantly over the past few years. We have refurbished nearly all areas across the school. We have had a new crescent area and roof at Shakespeare which has enhanced the building significantly. The Cherbourg Campus is situated between the town’s two post-16 providers. About the role:

Inside the shop you will find our bric-a-brac section which is like Aladdin’s Cave. Our men's and ladies' fashion departments are always full of designer clothing and accessories, from Karen Millen and Ben Sherman to Fred Perry and Nike. Our media and book section is always filled to the brim with a great selection to choose from. We are always looking for more volunteers.

About the Role:
As the Service Desk Supervisor/Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and team performance. You will be responsible for managing workflows, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure smooth communication between the desk and on-site service management and play a key role in maintaining service quality and managing client expectations. Act as the main point of contact, manage CAFM systems and most importantly lead the team.

Experience: Service Desk Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing a service desk in a fast-paced environment Team Management: Proven experience in managing and leading a team Facilities Management: At least 2 years of experience in the FM industry CAFM System Experience: Experience with CAFM systems (Concept Evolution preferred) for tracking and managing work orders. Financial Proficiency: Comfortable raising quotes and issuing purchase orders, with attention to detail.
