Our company values integrity, collaboration, and compassion, and we are looking for a dedicated NDIS Compliance Manager to ensure we continue to meet the highest standards of care and compliance within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Position Overview:
The NDIS Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring Ablepoint meets all regulatory, legislative, and quality standards required by the NDIS. This position will oversee compliance activities, manage audits, and work closely with internal teams to maintain a high standard of service delivery for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Management: Ensure Ablepoint meets all relevant NDIS quality and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with NDIS rules, policies, and regulations.
Audit and Reporting: Lead and coordinate NDIS audits, internal and external, and assist in preparing and submitting compliance reports to the NDIS Commission and other stakeholders.
Policy Development & Implementation: Develop, implement, and update internal policies and procedures to ensure NDIS compliance across all service delivery areas.
Training and Education: Provide ongoing training and support to staff on NDIS compliance requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in compliance and quality.
Incident Management: Ensure effective management of incidents, complaints, and feedback, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly and implementing corrective actions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with NDIS participants, families, support coordinators, and external providers to maintain compliance standards and ensure quality outcomes.
Monitoring and Improvement: Regularly monitor compliance performance and report findings to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in the implementation of corrective actions.
Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of NDIS policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
Previous experience in NDIS compliance, quality assurance, or related roles.
Demonstrated ability to manage audits and maintain detailed documentation and records.
Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements related to the NDIS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in compliance, risk management, or disability services (desirable).
