JOB SUMMARY

 

This job partners with assigned Client Managers to maintain and grow existing Small Group business and ensure that positive account relationships are maintained. The incumbent assists in the preparation of proposals, meeting materials and/or sales collateral during the account renewal process. Evaluates, recommends and implements processes to ensure that account objectives are met. Serves as the sales liaison between group administrators and producers, and the Organization's internal departments for problem resolution.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with assigned Client Manager(s) to maintain and grow existing business and ensures positive account relationships are maintained.

• Assist in the preparation of benefit design analysis for specialized proposals and quotes. 

• Develop detailed specifications for implementation of new products for clients. May conduct enrollment meetings during the account renewal process.

• Analyze operational business problems and provide problem resolution and effect change to all facets of the company. (i.e. address benefit and administrative issues and recommend alternative solutions for the account, etc.)

• Leverage internal resources to bring the best service and problem resolution to assigned accounts.

• Work closely with Client Installation and Enrollment teams responsible for account processing and set-up to ensure accurate and seamless service delivery.

• Develop documents and processes to ensure effective communication via work plans for all account implementation activities.

• Function as the primary contact for the resolution of the day to day account service issues.

• Support customers during the implementation of sales contracts and throughout the relationship by resolving difficult issues in a timely and professional manner; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Under general supervision, and in collaboration with other members of the clinical team, authorizes and reviews utilization of autism services, including Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Collects and analyzes utilization data. Assists with shaping of ABA services and assures coordination with other service providers such as medical, speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy and IEP services provided through the school setting. Assists with ABA treatment team to shape care planning and provision and assures measurements of the members progress are ongoing. Assures overall case management with the inclusion of behavioral health services when required.

• Performs concurrent reviews with treatment team providing ABA services.
• Performs initial case requests for autism services, behavioral health and ABA.
• Reviews all submitted materials and consultation with treatment team providers.
• Reviews IEP, psych testing and other case evaluation materials.
• Provides information to members and providers regarding mental health and autism benefits, community treatment resources, mental health managed care programs, and company policies and procedures, and criteria.
• Interacts with the company's Medical and Associate Medical Directors and/or Physician Advisors to discuss clinical and authorization questions and concerns regarding specific cases.

What does the Customer Experience Manager do?

Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Support Lead, Lead Cashier(s) (if applicable) and associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is responsible to “Wow the Customer”, front end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety and driving sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures all associates and managers are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers
• Responsible for achieving CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager
• Responsible for leading Front End Operations
• Training the staff on the High Fives of Customer Service
• Ensures that each guest has a fast, friendly, checkout
• Responsible for maintaining the store cleanliness, recovery, and ready for customers at all times
• Responsible for opening and closing store procedures
• Responsible for performing SM duties in their absence
• Assists in supervising all Associates

• Performs store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock room

• Frequently operate cash register
• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock
• Frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor
• Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
• Frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers, as well as to and from the stock room retrieving and putting away merchandise
• Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
• Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
