Position Overview 

We are looking for a Senior Service Designer with a focus on Journey Management, reporting to the Senior Service Design Manager within the Digital Experience & Customer Empowerment (DXC) organization. Our team ensures delivery of a seamless experience across the full customer life cycle. You will do both building the journey management practice and project work. In your practice building work, you will lead workstreams designed to mature the practice. You will refine and implement our journey governance, metrics, collaboration, and decision frameworks. Your projects will enable you to lead by example. You will map quantitative and qualitative data to journeys (customer/ employee/ partner) and use the resulting insights to make improvement recommendations.

We are implementing Journey Management as a modern way of collaboration to deliver experiences for our customers, partners, and employees, and you will help scale that practice. Throughout your work, you will lead rapid change by running experiments, gathering feedback, and iterating collaboratively. In this visible role, you’ll interact with senior leadership, internal and external teams.

The position is for a hybrid workplace model in San Francisco/ Bay Area, Atlanta, Montreal, Toronto.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience translating data into actionable insights & solutions

• Experience driving change with large project teams

• Experience with Journey Management Platforms (TheyDo, Smaply, similar)

• Systems thinking and change management experience

• Strong working knowledge in the young-and-quickly-growing practice of Journey Management for Experience Design

• A customer/partner-first mindset

• Experience building new practices

• A background/ strong interest in project/ program management

• Working knowledge in enterprise design processes/ user centered design/ design thinking

Broad Scope & Purpose:

The Customer Success Executive (CSE) will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and value delivery of our Medication Management Solutions at our largest and most strategic customers. This role orchestrates cross-functional programs and resources that deliver customer value and satisfaction and enables transformational customer outcomes. By developing meaningful relationships with C-Suite executives and functional leaders, this role serves as a trusted advisor and partner to our customers.  The CSE will successfully promote long-term adoption of MMS technologies by helping the customer optimize the utilization of the solutions they purchase and demonstrate realized returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, and Procurement leadership.

• Partner with our customers for the entire sales life cycle; identify strategies to drive customer success, including process and data improvement initiatives to promote adoption, optimization, and customer retention.

• Tracking and ensuring utilization of all contractual entitlements annually, such as SMS, ISMS, Trifecta, HealthSight, and Interop/IT Assessment

• Ensuring software upgrades are current (not more than one version behind) and that key strategic documents are established and updated, including current state device and IT diagram, upgrade roadmap, customer value proposition and follow-up value confirmation, engagement with GCS initiated, internal documents and education plan completed.

• Responsible for remediation planning, when applicable, including customer-facing contact, GCS alignment and engagement, and accountability for ensuring successful completion and a positive customer experience

• MMS point of contact for customer feedback, support, concerns, or questions, providing a warm handoff to responsible parties, as applicable. This also includes monitoring PM compliance and TSC case monitoring and escalation.

• Developing Vice President and Director level relationships at assigned IDNs, performing bi-annual roadmap and business review meetings and engaging BD’s key account leadership (GCS, Marketing, Sales, others as appropriate)

• Increase overall customer Net Promoter Scores (NPS) across assigned health systems.

• Promote and drive an ease of doing business to ensure growth and continued partnership.

• Customers supported in this role include: Veteran Affairs, Defense Health Agency, Indian Health Services, Federal Bureau of Prisons

Job Overview:

As part of the North America Supply Chain organization, the Sr. Customer Order Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating the movement of shipments from the Distribution Center to BD affiliates. The position will interface with key stakeholders (regional business units, distribution operations, and business unit supply chain) and facilitate the efficient & timely flow of orders across the supply chain network by resolving discrepancies. The position will report to the Supervisor, Customer Order Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow established procedures, practices, and policies for functional units and the quality systems.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory business and department guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Resolve sales order issues to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

• Work with distribution centers to support on-time delivery and other company key performance indicators.

• Meet or exceed established order accuracy and turn-around standards.

• Handle all customer contacts professionally and courteously. Compose accurate, prompt, and appropriate replies to all customer contacts.

• Maintain up-to-date, comprehensive knowledge of business unit and regional services and products through participation in training, meetings, coaching, and feedback sessions.

• Manage short-supply situations, backorders, and manual allocations as required.

• Input and manage orders for exception products requiring special handling.

• Ensure that all potentially serious incidents are raised to the appropriate levels of management.

• Ensure orders are accurate and released in alignment with service level agreements. Modify orders in the ERP systems, warehouse management and transit management systems per regional requirements.  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year experience with ERP system(s). 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (export, logistics, order management, customer service).

• Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in a related industry (i.e., medical device, healthcare supply chain, pharmaceutical).
