• Respond to termination notices & follow up the process of contact’s liquidation;
• Set up and conduct a regular client visitation cycle;
• Renegotiate service agreements by conducting fresh survey/audit or educating users of the services, and introduction of new services that be suitable to the client;
• Other tasks are required by Line Manager.

2. Market research & competition activities

• Conduct thorough market segment research of your sales zone;
• Regularly recommend constructive ideas in marketing the services and penetrating the target segment;
• Monitor competition activities and strategies regularly.2

• College/University graduated in any fields
• More than 3 years working experience in sales B2B
• Familiar with the factory, hospitality sector and already worked in MNC company is appreciated, especially with the FMCG/hospitality industry/chemical industry.
• Has the relationship with QA managers, housekeeping manager, purchasing departments in related organizations is preferred
• Customer service orientation; dynamic, self-motivated, open-minded and result-driven, skillful in speaking, presentation, and problem solving skills

Handle Customer Service Activities

• Planning and contacting customer for daily service schedule:
• Manage service plan and documentation support:

• Checking planning activities weekly to ensure the manpower, time effectiveness, travelling including minimum overtime before service schedule is confirmed.
• Sending visit notifications to customers on a monthly basic and when required.
• Register service team information with site management unit before visits.
• Calling and confirming with customers for routine visits at least 12 hours before actual visits
• Discussion frequently with Supervisor/ Technicians of new schedule/ schedule changed versus initial arrangement as per Sale Dept/customer’s request.
• Field attachment with service technician to deep dive customers understanding as well as travelling….
• Ensure SOS completion comparing with service schedule and on time.
• Tracking all Visit Note/ Visit Rejection and escalate service issues to related function and follow up.
• Printing and passing service dockets completed in monthly basis to Finance (Collection team) team in timely basis as required.
• Report and highlight to management team any unreasonable issues related to service schedule and actual service perform.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing third-level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, coupled with proficiency in coding languages particularly in NodeJS and either VueJS or ReactJS, to effectively diagnose and resolve technical challenges. • Work closely with our Product, Tech, and Data teams to investigate and address various inquiries.
• Assist internal business stakeholders with inquiries regarding Sleek platform functionality.
• Offer technical support through Zendesk, JIRA, and phone channels.
• Provide expert technical support to resolve complex issues escalated from lower support tiers.
• Identify solutions and contribute to code development.
• Configure cloud servers and networks as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records by updating database records.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to enhancing self-service capabilities by developing and maintaining knowledge base articles and support documentation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 1 year support experience.
• Knowledge in NodeJS and VueJS/ReactJS, as well as MongoDB/PostgreSQL is required.
• Experience debugging problems using IDEs and browser tools.
• Paint a story of a transaction through use of logs and analytical tools like Splunk.
• Proficiency in using IT support tools and ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• You will be speaking with people of all walks of life, so communication skills are key.
• Passion for solving problems and patience for troubleshooting sticky IT issues.
• Willingness to support out-of-hours and weekend work if required.
