ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be tosupportand work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open,supportive, andinclusiveenvironment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilitieswillinclude: Monitoringthe wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changeimpactingon care and care plans, ensuring that new needs aremet,and written records are amended to reflect any variation. Beinginvolved in the person-centred care planning process, by implementing,monitoring,and undertaking monthly evaluations. Supporting residents with their medication requirements. Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development where required. Actingas a key point for contact with residents, theirrelativesand visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing, ensuring that any reasonable requests are actedupon,and concerns or complaints are escalated. Care Enquiry Executive - Country Court, Werrington, Peterborough PE4 6NA
Hours -35 Hours per week over 5 days Monday to Friday (Working hours either 0900-1700 or 1000-1800 on a rota basis and you will need to be able to work at least 1 Saturday per month)

About The Care Enquiry Executive
We have a fantastic opportunity for a care enquiry executive to join us. Are you an excellent listener and have good empathy? Are you friendly, have good communication skills and fantastic customer service skills?
Our Care Enquiry Executives will answer enquiries from care seekers via incoming telephone calls, emails, and social media messages. You will provide a first point of contact for people looking for a care home for a loved-one or for themselves. There are no sales involved in this role, but you will be expected to follow up with enquirers throughout their care journey. The focus will be on your ability to have conversations with people about care for a loved one in one of our care and nursing homes located throughout the UK. You will have a confident, friendly, and professional manner, informing people on care types available, answering queries, logging information in our CRM system and nurturing long-term enquiries. Most importantly, providing care seekers with an exceptional level of service at a time when they need it most.
About You:

Ideally you will have experience in a care environment or have previous experience from working in a call centre, retail, or hospitality.
Teamwork - We believe that a great team needs great people who are passionate about helping people and providing great service as one team.
Listening and communication skills are core to what we do. You will need to be able to communicate in supportive way showing empathy to care seekers who may be at crisis point.
Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) together with attention to detail is essential for this role.
