Sitting within the wider Analytics team and working alongside a team of Digital Implementation and Insights specialists, the successful candidate will have the capability to make sense of complicated data sets, build data driven and cohesive stories, and ultimately provide informed and actionable recommendations.
You will play a key role within the Digital Team supporting the Digital Analytics team to produce new insights that lead to tangible change within the business.
A typical day in this role includes:
• Working closely alongside the technical implementation specialists to expand data coverage and depth.
• Produce comprehensive reports to consolidate key onsite customer journeys metrics and critical KPIs.
• Recommend, monitor, and measure the CRO tests, that will positively contribute to improved onsite performance.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver ad-hoc queries.
• Presenting key findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.
• Growing the business understanding of digital performance through GA4 website and app reporting.
• Supporting the business understanding of the industry and key competitors’ activity.
• Supporting in the execution of the wider digital data strategy.
This role would be a good fit for you if:
• You have the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have experience providing insight, in a busy, highly commercial eCommerce environment, within the marketing/digital landscape.
• You are a team player and self-starter, with strong time management and an ability to effectively manage different project deadlines.
• You are passionate about digital analytics and have a keen interest in working across eCommerce functions to further business performance.
What you’ll need:
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Big Query.
• Experience building reports in a data visualization tool i.e. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Experience of A|B test reporting, and the key influencing factors.
• Experience with onsite measurement tools to understand customer behaviour - Contentsquare, Hotjar etc.
• Experience of mobile app analytics i.e engagement and customer journey.
• Good experience of using industry & market benchmarking tools, effectively feeding into answering key business questions.
• Strong proficiency of all Microsoft tools.
