Job Description Nursery Manager Salary: Up to £38,000 We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained, creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children.
The Nursery offers day care for children from 3 months up to school age. There is a focus on learning through exploration and fun, teaching the child self-confidence and independence. There is a safe, completely enclosed outdoor play area for the children to enjoy and explore.
Qualifications - Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection protocols
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, parents, and children
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion
- Proficient in administrative tasks and budget management
- A thorough understanding of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework and its implementation

Responsibilities - Develop and implement nursery policies and procedures
