Answertelephone enquiries from health professionals, services users, service user families, carers and team members, some of whom are anxious or have cultural or language difficulties. To assist with and deputise for, as required, the BSO Manager with the planning and creating of Batch specifications for the 3 yearly Call/Recall programme for South East London. To provide expert, care of a high standard to critically ill and stable babies and their parents/carers within the King's College Hospital.
