Key Job responsibilities –
- Developing the Integration Execution Plan
- Review and Implement the QAP for integration Packages
- Review and Implement the EHS plan and ensure the adherence to client EHS policy at site and ensure all RIR targets.
- Review all IFTs and IFCs related to Telecoms, Security, EPMS/BMS networks, FF&E, AV, ROIP from constructability standpoint.
- Coordinate will Mechanical, Electrical, civil, interiors and other trade package vendors, PMs for aligning the requirements and resolving dependencies.
- Responsible to review and approve the material delivery plans, logistics plans, handling, and storage plans
- Review and approve all method statements, QC checklist RFI, check list, risk register, manpower planning,
- Leading the implementation of Telecoms, Security, EPMS/BMS networks, FF&E, AV, ROIP and other integration packages.
- Be a Problem solver and provide necessary support to client DCI, DCPS, DCOPS, NID, etc at site.
- Certify all Mock ups, samples, lead site inspections, and develop Quality register.
- Ensure that all integration vendors should adhere to all code and compliance requirements as per statutory bodies and client.
- Developing the stakeholder communication Plan and implement it at site.
- Review all Integrations IFC and coordinate with design team and site team for any change request, drive change management.
- Work with overall construction PM and coordinate for successful delivery of project
- Technical Infrastructure PM who will be a SPOC and responsible for integration, co-ordination and client facing representation and reporting on Telecoms, Security, EPMS/BMS networks, FF&E, AV, ROIP and Handover Requirements Documentation as detailed in the contracted Division 1 specification.
Reporting Requirement –
- The integration PM will issue a weekly report , Day and time of reporting should be agreed with DCI lead, reporting status of COB previous week, and forecasting critical tasks and milestones due in the reporting week.
- The format is to be agreed upon as part of the above referenced Integration and BU execution plan and as a minimum include:
- Planned and actual progress updates against the BU deliverables broken down per scope, elementally and per area. Each element is to be tracked on a % planned and achieved basis, represented by a schedule dropline; quantification of works achieved vs works to go (i.e., linear meters of basket, number of cores, number of benchmarks planned vs approved).
- Photographs appended of pre agreed spaces or details.
- Labour hours planned vs actual for the respective scopes.
- A risk registers inclusive of rating, aging and mitigation plans.
- The Contractor must ensure that the Integration deliverables are included and maintained within the Contractor’s Master Schedule roll up and weekly reports, consistent with the Contractor’s month end schedule update.
