Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data collection and analysis for sustainability reporting
• Support the implementation of sustainability programs and initiatives
• Research industry best practices in sustainability and corporate social responsibility
• Help develop internal and external communications about sustainability efforts
• Participate in sustainability-related events and projects
• Contribute to the creation of sustainability education materials for employees
• Assist in tracking and reporting on key sustainability metrics

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business with a focus on Sustainability, or related field
  Strong interest in sustainability, environmental issues, and corporate social responsibility
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus
• Knowledge of environmental management systems is beneficial

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively support and help drive forward the JLL Investor Client Relations (ICR) programme for major core clients of the Asia Pacific capital markets team
• Develop and present bespoke client presentations, usually consisting of (but not restricted to) macroeconomic trends, research, mandates and real estate deal ideas
• Assist the Private Wealth team in providing comprehensive support to the unique and diverse needs of HNWI clients and family offices
• Work with local capital markets teams across the region to identify key mandates and track progress through regular internal calls
• Support senior directors to manage existing and prospective client relationships across Asia Pacific related to intraregional and interregional cross-border investment services
• Be able to form insights and trends in market data and fundamentals (using both JLL proprietary data and subscription), and also efficiently communicate these findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
• Assist in preparation of proposals and marketing materials on investment mandates and support timely and accurate deliverables

REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Real Estate or similar relevant field
• Fresh graduates with related disciplines are welcome to apply
