Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed take-offs of all quantities required.
• Seek and negotiate with suppliers and contractors for the best prices and terms to ensure cost efficiency
• and project profitability
• Compile and submit quotations for projects, including all necessary materials and services.
• Oversee and manage the preparation of tender documents, including ensuring compliance with all
• regulations and standards.
• Evaluate and analyze tender submissions, including conducting site visits.
• Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Carry out awarding of contract.
• Accurately certify and validate progress claims submitted by contractors.
• Take responsibility for managing the final account.
• Prepare quotations for additional works and services that may be required during the construction
• process.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma, Degree or Higher in Architecture, Quantity Survey, Real Estate, Building.
• With 4-6 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry.
