- Identify possible time impact issues I.E. set up and manage Variation Order Deduction System.

- Assist WSHO to implement and maintain all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Contract Assistant to support our Contract Manager in the execution and oversight of construction contracts. The successful candidate will assist in managing contractual responsibilities, ensuring compliance with terms, and facilitating communication between our company and the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations of subcontractor’s progress payments
