A client within the Private Sector based in Lancashire are currently recruiting for an Estates Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a commercial or residential environment.
The Role
Key purpose of the role is to provide high quality Surveys/ RICS Red book reports and property advice to clients across a range of property types.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Produce excellent Surveys and Reports to clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide support to the Residential & Commercial Directors as required by undertaking property inspections and producing high quality reports as necessary.
- Maintain case load management systems as required to reflect current status of each instruction.
- Report to Residential & Commercial Director (dependant on application) providing regular updates on cases, clients and to complete work diligently, on time and to a high standard.
- Drive business continuity, and behaviours within the wider team to ensure best practice.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require to be AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS qualified with appropriate experience.
It will be essential to have an extensive level of knowledge of either of the below:
- Residential applications will demonstrate experience in mortgage valuations and Home Survey reports.
- Commercial Surveyors will have a proven track record of experience with RICS Red Book Reports and Landlord & Tenant matters.
- You will be quality driven, reliable and motivated.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering between £40,000 - 60,000 DOE per annum plus car allowance and bonuses on hitting KPIs.
