- Serve as the DLA Energy Section Chief for Property, Plant and Equipment.
- Responsible for the supervision and oversight of a wide variety of support services unique to DLA Energy to include Property, Plant and Equipment services, Real Property (RP) assets, and Military Departments and DoD agencies.
- Direct the work of employees engaged in providing Property, Plant and Equipment accountability and financial reporting, management of real and personal property, and full compliance with all applicable regulations and inspections.
- Provide technical assistance to the Branch Chief by inspecting the physical conditions of facilities, installed equipment, and real property improvements.
- Furnish administrative and management support to develop, coordinate and implement policies, procedures, programs, and daily planning in support of the mission.
- Provide input to the Branch Chief for program management and oversight for DLA Energy Property, Plant and Equipment in accordance with DoD Property Accountability and DLA Real Property management guidance.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of an Enterprise Business System (EBS) and other automated tools for use by field personnel for RP, facility project management, and accountability.
- Trace any constantly evolving mission requirements, resource capabilities, regulatory restraints, customer base, and workload progression.
