- Track the array of recurring requirements to ensure Division and regulatory requirements are met for items such as annual communications / notices to customers and employees, annual training, competency assessments, use of required training frameworks, and others as applicable. • Serves as primary and/or back-up System Administrator for HR systems implemented within IBC and client agencies, including system troubleshooting, training, policy development, and overall system support.

• Program Management Oversight and Guidance: As a senior advisor to the Division Chief, provides high-level oversight and guidance on DWP program areas of dam safety, irrigation, power, water rights, and water resources, as well as providing input on program activities regarding the operations, maintenance, rehabilitation, engineering, design, and construction of irrigation, dam, and power facilities.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Architect to join our team and support our customer during the Design Phase of an SAP implementation project. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SAP GTS and global trade compliance to help guide the customer through the design process, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and SAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Design Support:

• Work directly with the customer to understand their business needs and objectives related to global trade, logistics, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in the global trade and customs domain, including knowledge of regulatory frameworks, tariffs, import/export processes, and trade compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of SAP best practices and experience in applying them to design and implement solutions for global trade and compliance.
• Experience leading design workshops and working directly with customers to understand their business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong experience with integrating SAP GTS with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, SAP SD, SAP MM) and third-party systems.

• Program Administration, Planning and Coordination: Incumbent provides leadership and senior level expertise to Branch staff by creating, implementing and leading program and project plans, including setting and tracking of performance metrics, and evaluation. Design Coordinator

The Role:

As part of the Engineering function based in our Southern Region, the Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating design aspects throughout the project lifecycle. The Design Coordinator will support the Design Manager in overseeing the delivery of the design and technical solutions for our various projects across a number of clients. Their contributions will help to make sure this aspect of the project is completed on program and on cost, ensuring safety and quality through design, and achievement of outcomes.

• Degree/HNC qualified, or equivalent, in Civil Engineering (or working towards through apprenticeship or similar)
