What You Will Do:
Our Defense and Security Human Centered Design (HCD) team is looking for a dynamic and creative customer experience (CX) professional who can lead design research for high-impact experience design efforts, including scoping, outreach, developing research protocols, synthesizing findings and developing key artifacts such as user journey maps, presentations, and insights reports, and supporting partnering teams to incorporate customer data into strategic decisions for a federal client. The Lead Human-Centered Design and User Researcher would also be expected to support the creation of an organization-wide customer experience strategy and milestones, including providing relevant industry reference, drafting strategic documents, and socializing key concepts among internal stakeholders. The Lead Human-Centered Design and User Researcher role may involve a shift in focus over time as CX needs shift within the organization and broader national security apparatus.

What You Will Do:

• Design service products to onboard thousands of workloads to cloud native architecture in as simple of a fashion as possible.

• Design business processes to ease the transition from internal datacenter client customers to cloud native client customers.

• Design, guide and support the collaborative cross functional teams’ implementation of a multi-account enterprise cloud architecture and strategy.

• Evaluate Cloud Application requirements to make architectural recommendations regarding migration approach, implementation, deployment, and provisioning in AWS.

• Establish and lead technology strategy and roadmaps.

• Provide input on enterprise standards, architecture plans, operation plans, application assessments, migration planning & processes to support migration activities leveraging native cloud services and decommissioning of On-Prem infrastructure.

• Design, Document, Plan, and Implement a cost-effective Cloud Native Enterprise Architecture.

• Work with and mentor highly skilled cloud engineers in building a state-of-the-art scalable cloud environment.

• Automate common blockers and maintenance items such as Patch.

What You Will Need:

• BA/BS Degree with 10+ Years of IT experience. Degree can be substituted for additional 4 years of experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering solutions running in an enterprise cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with Cloud Management tools such as AWS Control Tower and System Manager

• 5+ years of experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies.

• Hands-on experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation.

• Scripting skills using Python or Bash.

• Must work US East Coast core business hours.

What You Will Do:

• The Systems Architect - Oracle is responsible for supporting the adoption of cloud computing and automation initiatives, with a focus on migrating the Oracle products like OBIEE and Datawarehouse components from an OnPrem environment to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. 
• The roles require experience in application maintenance of systems and services on-prem and in the future in OCI cloud. 
• The person will configure and maintain Oracle Exadata and Exa logic servers on-prem.
• Ability to install and configure environments and spin-off multiple environments by establishing Copies of the servers across all environments. 
• The Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that critical applications are designed and optimized for high availability and disaster recovery. 
• This position requires extensive knowledge of Oracle database servers and Middleware infrastructure component maintenance as well as the ability to design solutions for Oracle applications that use SSO using OAM/OID.

You Have:
