KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Business Partnering
• Build close working relationships with Programmes teams to foster open communication and ensure success of programmes overall, as well as maximising contribution from programme activities
• Oversee that programmes spend is in line with budgets through monthly forecasting meetings/calls with Programme Managers/ Heads of Programmes.
• Update Finance Director on pipeline income opportunities to monitor progress against annual Income targets and feed into quarterly reporting.
• Collaborate with New Business teams to produce proposals/bids for new projects, conduct scenario planning and review contracts from a financial perspective – finding the balance between competitiveness and maximising company contribution.
• Facilitate joining-up of Business Areas by sharing budget and forecast information with other teams e.g. share programmes marketing budgets with Director of Marketing to enable collaboration across the organisation.
• Attend and contribute to company meetings to assist collaboration between teams and ensure a joined-up approach to all company events and activities.

Management Reporting
• Prepare, review and analyse information used for management, forecasting, control and monitoring, with ownership of the Programmes budgets.
• Develop and analyse various income and expenditure scenarios and generate accurate forecasts to assist in sound management decision-making.
• Produce accurate and timely information, including variance analysis and commentary, for quarterly internal and Board reporting.
• Support with cash-flow forecasting and management.

External Reporting
• Ensure all external reports are delivered and submitted timely in accordance with funder requirements
• Provide/ review evidence requested from the relevant regulatory bodies and support in the preparation of project audits.

Audit
• Support the Finance team during the year-end auditing process, ensuring all required information is accurate and delivered to the auditors on time.

Budgeting
• Support the Finance Director in producing annual and strategic growth budgets for the group, with ownership of Programmes budgets.
• Consult with teams and project managers to plan and develop detailed programme and departmental budgets annually.

Other Activities
• Conduct continuous reviews of working accounting practices and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations within the Finance function.
• To undertake any other reasonable activities as directed by Finance Director.

Working closely with the Head of Engagement & Learning, the Training Manager and other key personnel, you will develop and participate in employee learning and development programmes relating to all aspects of service provision. Developing and delivering staff education and skills enhancement and development opportunities in accordance with Care Quality Commission, Skills for Health, Skills for Care, national occupational standards and NICE guidelines.

As part of a fast paced team, and as a self-directed practitioner, you will inspire and develop a workforce focused initiative to enhance the skills and knowledge of the national health and social care workforce.

Integra Education are currently working in partnership with a fantastic secondary school in Wigan. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Design and Technology Tutor to plan and deliver small group tuition sessions.

This is a part time position 3 days per week and will start after the October half term.
