Position

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek for a motivated intern to join our Digital Excellence Centre, Innovations APAC team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented team-player to join a geo dispersed team operating from China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan and Singapore which is responsible for the success of the innovation initiative launched with the ambition of fostering business development ,improving client experience and service quality.

Responsibilities

The Innovations APAC intern will play a vital role in supporting CACIB’s innovation initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in business analysis, data analysis and innovation strategies.

The team will organize ideation events through multiple format, targeting a variety of audience and manage communication around innovation over different channels, both internal or external. As a member of the technology department, part of the tasks are to assess the feasibility of each idea, collaborate across all the board with IT experts, consolidate their conclusions and envisage multiple options for achieving our goals. You will present outcomes and recommendations to Asia Innovation board.

Functional Scope

• Requirements Gathering and AnalysisAssist in gathering and documentation of requirements for various innovation ideas
  Involves brainstorming facilitation of meetings and workshops with stakeholders
  Analyze the pain points and transform insights into actionable requirements
  
• Reverse process re-engineeringConduct in-depth analyses of use cases to gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end workflows
  Bridge the gap between tasks performed in isolation by different teams, fostering collaboration and streamlining our processes
  
• Documentation and ReportingCreate a well-structured document including reports, business cases and flow diagram
  Documents to provide a clear and comprehensive overview of innovation initiatives and expected outcomes
  
• Stakeholder Engagement and CollaborationEngage with a diverse group of stakeholders including both business users (Non IT) and ISAP (IT)

Qualifications and Profile

Mandatory

• Student from a Business or IT School
• Interest in business analysis, stakeholder management, communication and presentation

Nice to have

• Exposure to data presentation visualization tools (Canva, Klaxoon, PowerPoint, Tableau)
• Event planning/ Project Management experience

Executive Assistant

● Manage EVP's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.

● Coordinate timing and logistics for all meetings, ensuring the EVP's schedule is optimized for

efficiency. Handle rescheduling and cancellations promptly and efficiently.

● Act as a point of contact between the EVP and clients, and other external partners. Manage

correspondence and communications, including emails, phone calls, etc

● Prepare and edit presentations per EVP’s request. Assist with the creation of graphical and

textual content for presentations and communications.

● Arrange travel and accommodations for global visitors. Prepare detailed itineraries, including

flights, lodging, and transportation and support for visa and travel documentation and ensure they

are up to date

Office Management

● Overall responsible for general office administration

● Ensure office equipment are properly maintained and supplies are well stocked

● Maintain and ensure the upkeep of facilities

● Ensure compliance to government and company safety regulations

● Assist in facilities / office related projects such as office move/renovation

● Manage external stakeholders such as visitors, cleaning and facilities contractors, and vendors

● Perform the role of the Safe Management Officer for the main office

● Handle admin purchase orders and invoices

● Act as the company’s Corppass admin

● Assist in company events (e.g. trainings, employee engagement activities, etc.) by performing

tasks including assisting in the travels, registration, catering, and information dissemination

● Provide general administrative and clerical support, including assisting with board matters,

contracts, notary and apostille

Qualifications/Requirements:

● Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related course

● At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience

● French speaking is essential to liaise with French speaking guests

● A team player with leadership skills

● Proficiency in the regular used Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and job duties

The Role

This position will be responsible for the tenancy design function for the retail portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle tenancy issues relating to fitting out works and design.
• Ensure alignment with tenancy design guidelines and statutory regulations.
• Resolve conflicts with tenants in the areas of designs and layout.
• Work closely with the operations team on fit-outs matters during hand-over or take-overs.
• Coordinate the establishing of Point of Sale (POS) connections for new tenants.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in tenancy / retail design.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player with creativity and is meticulous.
