KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Strategy Development:
· Collaborating with clients to understand their marketing objectives and target audience, and develop comprehensive social media strategies to align goals
Content Creation:
· Creating engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok or Little Red book. This includes writing and editing posts, creating design ideas, and work with designer and talent to produce graphic or videos or other multimedia content including EDM, Social Media Audit, Branding guide etc.
Social Media Management:
· Monitoring and managing social media accounts for clients and the company, including scheduling and publishing posts, engaging with followers and customers and responding to comments and messages.
Advertising Campaigns:
· Designing and implementing paid social media advertising campaigns to reach the target audience effectively. This involves setting up ad campaigns, selecting targeting parameters, monitoring performance, and optimizing campaigns to achieve desired results.
Analytics and Reporting:
· Tracking and analysing social media metrics and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms. Generating reports to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Community Management:
· Building and nurturing online communities around clients' brands, products, or services. Engaging with followers managing user-generated content, and addressing customer inquiries or issues.
Trend Monitoring:
· Staying up to date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in social media marketing. Incorporating new features and emerging platforms to ensure clients are utilizing the most effective strategies.
Client Communication:
· Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates, discuss strategy adjustments, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Collaboration with Team Members
· Working closely with other members of the digital marketing team, such as content writers, graphic designers, and SEO specialists, to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and strategies.
· Have a good understanding of the internet including social networking sites, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and discuss boards, blogs, video sharing sites, & viral marketing strategies.
· Be part of a team in creating a sustainable and dynamic media / online presence for the organization
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Good presentation and client consultation skills
· At least a diploma in Public Relation, Media, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent
· Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a social and / or digital media/marketing environment
· Has an eye for details and flair in creative design campaign management and reporting
· Motivated, result-oriented, multi-task and good time management
· Good team player and able to work independently
