• Experience in a workshop or similar environment, ideally within an education setting.
• Strong practical skills in areas such as carpentry, metalwork, electronics, or CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to working in a school workshop environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
• A proactive and organised individual with good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to develop new skills and adapt to new technologies.
• You should be patient and calm, with a consistent and positive approach to managing student behaviour, and understand how students learn

Pay Scale:GLF Associate 2

Working pattern:36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only plus one week (40 weeks per annum)

Annual Salary:£21,544 - £23,582 (FTE)

Actual Salary:£19,009.41 - £20,807.64 (based on hours and weeks of work)
